You may initiate a return for an appliance within 14 days of purchase.
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@cellarcube.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return following the instructions provided in Return confirmation email.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
A 25% non-negotiable restocking fee will be deducted. Refunds will be applied to your account once the item has been received and inspected through our warehouse.
Returns must meet the following criteria:
- Return must be set up within 14 days of purchase
- Product must be in original, factory sealed packaging with all associated literature and warranty cards in original condition
- Product cannot have been installed or used
- Post purchase rebates cannot have been claimed
- Product cannot be special order, made to order, clearance/liquidations/closeout or final sale
- Products must be returned using the same shipping method as it was originally shipped
- Photos are required to ensure product is in original packaging
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to sales@cellarcube.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 48 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 48 hours.

Curbside Shipping
All of our orders of refrigerators receive free standard curbside truck or porch package shipping, depending on the unit size. We don't charge a residential, lift gate or appointment fee. (Appointment windows are established by the delivery carrier. They will contact you to discuss their options. )
Processing Time: Usually within three business days. (Processing time in our fulfillment center from order receipt to shipment, based on stock availability and normal order volume. These estimates exclude holiday and other peak seasons. )
Transit Time: 2-10 Business Days - Actual time depends on your distance from our fulfillment center in Southern California.
Threshold Shipping
Deliver to the first dry opening. Just need it delivered over your threshold or in your garage? This service is for you.
Processing Time: Usually within three business days. (Processing time in our fulfillment center from order receipt to shipment, based on stock availability and normal order volume. These estimates exclude holiday and other peak seasons. )
Transit Time: Adds 3-10 days to Curbside Shipping, it is determined by a variety of factors. For example:

White Glove Shipping
The total package includes:
Delivery to your room. (Note: Up to two flights of stairs included. Please call to discuss any additional flights of stairs and or unique delivery circumstances.)
Unpacking of the unit
Placement in your desired location
Debris removal
All that's left for you to do is plug it in, turn it on and enjoy

Expedited Shipping

Transit Time: Varies on the shipping day and your distance from our Southern California fulfillment center. Please call or email us to discuss your needs so we can ensure we can accommodate them. Every shipment is unique.
Special Note:
All shipping services are fulfilled by 3rd party carriers.
Any shipping service (Threshold Shipping, White Glove Shipping, Expedited Shipping) is one-time service. During warranty, only Curbside Shipping will be provided. If you need any of the Threshold Shipping, White Glove Shipping or Expedited Shipping during warranty, you could purchase it from us.
Due to the influence of COVID-19, the white gloves delivery is unavailable in some areas. If you purchased the service but it is not available in your area, we will contact you to cancel the service and refund.

2 YEAR WARRANTY (INCLUDED): KingsBottle provides a warranty that all wine cellars and beverage refrigerators to be free from defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and service for a period of (2) years from the date of purchase for both parts and labor. (Note: this does not apply to the refurbished units.)
3 YEAR WARRANTY (optional): Extends the same warranty as the 2-year warranty for a period of 3 years.
5 YEAR WARRANTY (optional): Extends the same warranty as the 2-year warranty for a period of 5 years.
WHO IS COVERED:
This warranty is extended only to the original end-user purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
If your refrigerator is not operating properly, KingsBottle reserves the right to repair or replace the refrigerator. KingsBottle may request the consumer to contact a local refrigeration company to service the refrigerator. All cost for labor and materials is covered for 2-year from the date of purchase. If KingsBottle deems the unit not repairable, KingsBottle will use the value of your original order toward a replacement (Any REPLACEMENT unit will follow the warranty terms of the initial purchase). THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
DAMAGE due to such things as an accident, misuse, abuse, mishandling, neglect, unauthorized repair or any other cause beyond the control of the seller whether similar or dissimilar to the foregoing. Purchaser understands and acknowledges that the goods sold here are WINE & BEVERAGE COOLERS, which house beer and other wines. Purchaser assumes all the risk of using these units, including the risk of spoilage, humidity variations, temperature variations, leaks, fires, water damage, mold, mildew, dryness and similar perils that may occur.

SPECIAL NOTE
Warranty is only honored for the unit which is used in the countries where the unit was initially purchased. All KingsBottle coolers are backed by a TWO-YEAR manufacturer's warranty from date of purchase.
